Polityka prywatności
Crime in Dungeons · ZdancDev · obowiązuje od 5 października 2026
1. Kto odpowiada za dane
Administratorem danych jest ZdancDev. Kontakt: dev.gabriel.zdancewicz@gmail.com.
2. Dane zapisywane w telefonie
Osiągnięcia i rankingi — Google Play Games
4. Podstawa prawna
Reklamy spersonalizowane wyświetlamy na podstawie Twojej zgody (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
Privacy policy
Crime in Dungeons · ZdancDev · effective from 5 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is ZdancDev. Contact: dev.gabriel.zdancewicz@gmail.com.
2. Data stored on your phone
Game progress (characters, cases in progress, gold, abilities), language settings and whether you own the licence are stored only on your device. We run no servers or user accounts of our own and do not receive this data.
If Google backup is enabled on your phone, Android may back up the game data to your Google account according to your device settings. Google manages that backup.
3. Third-party services
Ads — Google AdMob
Without the licence the game shows ads (a banner in the tavern, rewarded ads the player chooses to watch, and an interstitial ad after every 5 completed cases) provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic data to show and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for consent to personalised ads on first launch. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in the game: Settings → Ad privacy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
Achievements and leaderboards — Google Play Games
Achievements and leaderboards work through Google Play Games. Google handles sign-in and your player profile; the game does not receive your email address or password.
In the leaderboards (fastest solves and Detective of the Week), your Google Play Games player name, avatar and time or points are visible to other players. You can set your profile visibility in the Google Play Games app.
Payments — Google Play
The detective licence is bought through Google Play. Payment details are handled only by Google; the game receives only a confirmation that the purchase was made.
These services process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Legal basis
Personalised ads are shown based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Non-personalised ads, analytics and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and purchase handling on contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete data stored on your phone by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings. For data processed by Google, use your Google account settings. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
Step-by-step guide: Delete your data.
7. Changes
We announce changes by publishing a new version of this policy on this page with its date.
